UCLA LOGON ID:
To create your UCLA Logon ID go to; https://accounts.iam.ucla.edu/#/.
Student ID (BruinCard)
To access the building on Friday - Sunday you will need a Bruin Card. It is best to apply online, submit your photo and pick it up once you are on campus.
If you would like your Bruin Card picked up by our team. Please complete this authorization form and email it to our project specialist Brittney Hawkins at bhawkins@ph.ucla.edu by Tuesday, September 26, 2023.
Title IX Training
All incoming graduate and professional students must complete the sexual harassment and sexual violence prevention training — an interactive online training by Vector LMS.
To register for the online Title IX Training visit the Vector LMS website: https://ucla-ca.vectorlmsedu.com/login
Log in using your UCLA logon ID and continue using the single sign-on feature.
Deadline to complete is November 1, 2023
Covid-19 Vaccination
Full vaccination is required for all UCLA students, faculty & staff. Use this portal to verify your vaccination status or exemption. You can also visit the UCLA COVID-19 Action Center for more information.
Slack
To gain access to slack you can go to: ucla.slack.com.
Use your UCLA log on to sign into your campus account.
Once you login and save the app, email Brittney Hawkins at bhawkins@ph.ucla.edu to be invited you to our private channels.
Canvas
FSPH will be moving from the CCLE educational platform to Canvas (Bruin Learn). For Bruin Learn resources and a tutorial, visit here and scroll down to students.
Parking
The closest parking lot is parking structure 8. It is located at 555 Westwood Plaza Los Angeles, CA 90095. You will need to purchase a daily permit at the parking pay station on the top floor or through the ParkMobile app. The daily parking rate is $15.00 per day.
