To create your UCLA Login ID go to; https://accounts.iam.ucla.edu/#/.

Student ID (BruinCard)

To access the building on Friday - Sunday you will need a Bruin Card. It is best to apply online, submit your photo, and pick it up once you are on campus.

If you would like your Bruin Card picked up by our team. Please complete this authorization form and email it to our project specialist Brittney Hawkins at bhawkins@ph.ucla.edu by Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

Title IX Training

Each incoming graduate student will receive an invitation email from Vector Solutions, containing a link to the Sexual Assault Prevention for Graduate Students online training program.

The 1-hour interactive online educational program promotes awareness of campus sexual harassment and sexual violence prevention resources, the University’s affirmative consent standard, and options for bystander intervention and risk reduction.

Slack

To gain access to slack you can go to: ucla.slack.com.

Use your UCLA log on to sign into your campus account.
Once you login, save the app, add a photo, and email Brittney at bhawkins@ph.ucla.edu to be invited to our private channels.

Canvas

FSPH uses Canvas (Bruin Learn) for course materials. For Bruin Learn resources and a tutorial, visit here and scroll down to students.

Parking

A visitors pass cost $17 and can be purchased using a pay station or the ParkMoble app. The closest parking lot is Parking Structure 8. It is located at 555 Westwood Plaza
Los Angeles, CA 90095.

You can also purchase a daily discounted parking permit on the Bruin ePermit Portal. The daily discounted parking permit cost is $8. The daily discounted parking permit is only for parking lots 2, 4, and 7. Please purchase these passes early, because they do sell out.
